A very young and vibrant company, RELogic was the brainchild of a team of business associates headed by Glenn V. Basina, President and CEO. Together they realized the opportunity to improve on the business models and practices of their previous experiences in the securities, mortgage and real estate industries.

RELogic is a mortgage and real estate brokerage company that boasts of an uncommon business model: the company is owned and operated by its members. From its inception this uncommon business model has proven to be very attractive to members who see themselves as serious business people in the mortgage and real estate industries. RELogic is composed of two divisions, namely: RELogic Funding which handles loans/mortgages, and RELogic Realty which covers real estate transactions.

RELogic is inviting individuals, who want to learn about mortgages and real estate, to visit the offices and check out the business model. The members range from the curiosity-seekers who want to learn something, to the serious licensees who want to earn substantial part-time income, to the full-time agents whose income comes solely from this business, and to the investors who take a long-term approach to this business.

As of this moment RELogic has a roster of over 180 DRE-licensed agents, and approximately 500 members all over California.
