Travis has built a 100% referral-based business from his strong work ethic and personal values.  from December 1998 to present, Travis has a closed loan volume which has propelled him to Presidential status in the Finance and Title industry obtaining preferred broker/lender relationships with local, national and international banks.  Throughout his success, he has focused on the home purchase market educating and helping first time home buyers.  His strong communication skills and honesty has helped to reduce his clients\' fears and concerns.

Hailing from Idaho Falls, Idaho, where harvesting potatoes and milking cows helped put him through college (major in performing arts and minors in business and marketing). Travis moved to the "big city" of San Jose, California in 1989.  He joined the lending industry in 1993 by marketing for Amerimac Equifirst Mortgage.  In 1998 he partnered to create Willow Street Mortgage. a dba that later incorporated and expanded operations becoming Willow Street Inc. in December 2005.
